Billing & Refund Policy

1. No payments today

As of the effective date, payments, checkout and paid subscriptions are not enabled. Any price shown is a planned or test launch price, subject to change, and is not an offer or charge. SellerPilot does not collect card or bank details.

2. Before any future charge

• Checkout will clearly show the merchant identity and address, plan, total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval and included features.
• Any trial-to-paid conversion, automatic renewal and cancellation method will be disclosed immediately before affirmative consent.
• No pre-checked paid option or charge based only on silence will be used.
• A payment processor and its privacy terms will be identified before payment details are collected.

3. Renewal and cancellation

If subscriptions launch, they may renew only on the cadence accepted at checkout. Users will be able to cancel through account settings or by contacting support, using a process no harder than sign-up. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and data handling after cancellation will be explained at checkout and in account settings.

4. Refunds and EU/UK withdrawal

Refund eligibility will be displayed before purchase and will never limit non-waivable rights. Where EU/UK distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw. If immediate digital-service performance is requested, checkout will obtain any legally required express request and acknowledgment; statutory consequences depend on applicable law.

5. Price changes, taxes and failed payments

Material subscription price changes will be communicated before taking effect and require any consent mandated by law. Users are responsible for accurately disclosed taxes unless collected by SellerPilot. Failed payments will never authorize SellerPilot to erase seller data; future access limitations will follow the then-current plan terms.
