Terms of Service

1. Agreement and beta status

By creating or using a SellerPilot workspace, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. SellerPilot is currently a beta service. Features may change, and paid subscriptions are not enabled as of the effective date.

2. Eligibility and authority

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement.
• You must own or be authorized to manage every Etsy shop you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping your email and browser access secure and for activity performed through your workspace.

3. The service

SellerPilot reads authorized Etsy shop information, combines it with seller-entered costs and produces financial analysis, recommendations and hypothetical simulations. SellerPilot does not currently change Etsy listings, prices, inventory, discounts or orders.

4. Financial limitations

• SellerPilot is an analytical tool, not accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice.
• Results depend on Etsy data, seller inputs, settlement coverage, currency data and stated assumptions.
• Missing values are not zero. Partial results describe only the analyzed sample and must not be treated as complete shop profit.
• Simulations replay historical orders under hypothetical inputs; they are not sales or demand forecasts.
• You remain responsible for business, tax, pricing and compliance decisions and should verify material decisions with qualified advisers.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not access another seller’s workspace or data, probe security controls, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload unlawful material or use SellerPilot to violate Etsy terms or law.
• Do not share access links or credentials with unauthorized people.
• We may limit or suspend access needed to protect users, Etsy, SellerPilot or third parties.

6. Your data and our software

You retain ownership of seller-entered information and rights you hold in Etsy data. You authorize SellerPilot to process it only to operate, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. SellerPilot and its software, design and documentation remain owned by SellerPilot and its licensors.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that Etsy will continue providing every API field. We may change or discontinue beta features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Future paid services

No payment is collected today. If paid plans launch, no charge will occur until you affirmatively accept the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, trial conversion (if any), cancellation method and then-current Billing & Refund Policy. A displayed planned price or Pro-interest action is not a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

9. Ending use

You may stop using SellerPilot at any time and may request account or workspace deletion through support. Disconnecting Etsy stops future access but may preserve imported history and seller costs until you request deletion. We may terminate access for material breach, security risk or legal requirement.

10. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” SellerPilot does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Where limitation is permitted, SellerPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, Etsy decisions or business decisions based on incomplete or incorrect inputs.

11. Disputes and law

These Terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or forums available in their country of residence. Before paid launch, SellerPilot will disclose the legal merchant identity, address, governing-law details and any required consumer dispute information at checkout.
