Cookie Policy
The first-party cookies SellerPilot uses and how to control optional analytics.
Effective: August 27, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Essential cookies
- Authentication and workspace cookies keep you signed in, bind OAuth attempts to the correct workspace and protect one-time account recovery. They are required for requested service and security features.
- The language cookie remembers EN/RU/DE. The consent cookie remembers your analytics choice.
- Essential cookies do not contain Etsy access tokens; tokens remain encrypted server-side.
2. Optional analytics cookies
Only after you choose “Accept analytics,” SellerPilot sets a random visitor cookie for up to 180 days and a session cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. They support aggregate traffic, route, country, device and active-time reporting. They are first-party and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. Your choice
Optional analytics is off until you consent. Choose “Only essential” to use the core service without product analytics. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and withdraw consent; the analytics identifiers are then cleared and future optional collection stops. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Browser controls
You may also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential authentication or OAuth cookies can prevent sign-in, connection and workspace restoration. SellerPilot does not require third-party advertising cookies.
